This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a leading commodities group managing a team of approximately 20 cleaning and service staff in a commercial business environment. The hours are Monday to Friday from early morning to mid afternoon, 40 hours per week.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a steady work history and good current references. Ideally you will have a strong background in the hospitality or retail industry. As you will be managing a multicultural team training in cultural diversity would definitely be an asset.
You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, be computer literate and be able to motivate and manage a team. We also require someone who is in good health as this is a hands on physical role and you will have to "muck in".
This position is available to start immediately for the right person.
