This newly created customer service role offers a great opportunity to join a heating and ventilation wholesale market leader in their very busy Hamilton branch. Benefits include a close professional team culture, ongoing training, parking and uniform. Hours are standard 40 hours work week between Monday and Friday.
The position is client service based and requires someone with trade industry related experience and outstanding people skills. The role is varied and involves taking queries in face to face and over the telephone, providing technical product support, cross selling and up selling, managing stock levels, light warehouse duties and processing client orders.
Ideally we need someone mature, confident and motivated who can add value to this position and who can build strong ongoing relationships with customers. A technical knowledge from within a trades environment is essential. Industry knowledge or training in heating and ventilation would be an asset.
