Secretary / Personal Assistant

We are seeking an efficient and highly competent professional personal assistant to support one of the partners at a leading accountancy firm in their East Tamaki based offices.

The role offers a lot of variety and involves staff management, event/function organisation, administration, compiling and organising reporting, documentation and accounts payable and receivable as well as other accounts support duties.  There is a real mix here with top end responsibilities mixed with general administration.

The ideal candidate will be a well organised, flexible team player with sound interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure and make decisions.  Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite is essential, MYOB or similar accounting package knowledge would be an asset.
