Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a successful customer service professional who has proven skills warm calling and telemarketing including up selling to business clientele.  The Company is located City Fringe and the days and hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

The role involves taking between 40 and 60 inbound orders per day from clients as well as contacting customers from the database to initiate reordering as well as the introduction of new products and current specials.  You will only be working from an existing database, therefore no cold calling is required.

In order to be successful in your application you will need to have proven success building relationships over the telephone with customers, have good computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word and have clear and effective communication skills.  Part of a small team of professionals you will need to work well with others to achieve the set unit targets and company goals.
