Office / Operations Manager

Due to maternity leave, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a well-rounded, people and performance focused office manager who enjoys working within a progressive and innovative Company. The Company is well-established and is a respected niche market leader within the financial service solutions market.  The position is based in their Newmarket offices; the hours are 9:30am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

This role is responsible for managing the administration and customer service areas of the business – ensuring business continuity over the period.   We are ideally seeking someone from a financial services or accounting background with experience managing a small team with internal and external reports.  Duties include general office management with respect to systems and administration, project implementation, running quarterly meetings, reporting to the leadership team and performance reviews.  The skills required are an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite, the ability to handle multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines, excellent verbal and written communication, a good knowledge of office management systems and procedures (Cloud based IT) and proven team leadership experience.
